The work before painting makes it last.
We clean every surface and scrape off loose paint. We sand rough spots and fill cracks. We seal gaps around windows and doors. Then we add a first coat to any bare spots.
We move or cover your plants and outdoor furniture. We’re careful when we spray paint.
Quick answers.
How often should I paint the outside?
Wood siding usually every 3 to 7 years. Stucco every 5 to 15. Vinyl usually only if you want a new color.
What paint do you use outside?
It depends on the surface and how much sun it gets. We’ll tell you what we suggest and why.
When can you paint outside?
Spring to fall, when it’s warm enough for paint to dry right. Spring fills up fast.
My home is old. Is lead paint a problem?
No. We’re EPA Lead-Safe certified. We’re trained to work safely with lead paint. Many homes built before 1978 have it.
